At SoFlo Customs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for all unworn apparel.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Credit

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
